Qualifications

  • Experience in project management software.
  • Experience in office software applications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.
  • Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting and purchase orders.
  • Knowledge of local authority requirements to help ensure the successful running of the data center.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute work assignments with degrees of supervision.
  • Act as the point of contact for the projects as assigned by the Facility Manager.
  • Prepare statement of work (SOW) for facility operations agreements.
  • Obtain facilities-related vendor price quotes, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
  • Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the Facility Manager.
