What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, pressure-free buying experience.
- Learn each customer's needs and recommend the right Subaru vehicle and financing options.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active customer pipeline.
- Stay knowledgeable about Subaru products, technology, and current incentives.
- Work as part of a positive, team-oriented dealership environment.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and team goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work Saturdays and a flexible schedule.
