Overview

We are currently seeking an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team and help drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance in all finance operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations with a focus on customer service and profitability.
• Secure financing and insurance programs for customers while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Present financial products (extended warranties, protection packages, GAP, etc.) in a transparent, ethical, and customer-friendly manner.
• Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that are both profitable and customer-focused.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners.
• Ensure accurate and complete paperwork to avoid funding delays or compliance issues.
• Monitor and achieve F&I department goals related to sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor sales staff on compliance, deal structure, and product presentation.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a proven track record in the following areas:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Automotive Finance Manager in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, lending practices, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and deal structuring.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software such as CDK.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
