Administrative Assistant – Clarksville, TN

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Surveying Manager. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our surveying department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between field crews, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Surveying Manager’s calendar, meetings, and communications.
  • Prepare and process project documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with field crews to track project progress and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update project files and survey records.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and timesheet tracking.
  • Order supplies and manage equipment logs for the surveying team.
  • Serve as a liaison between the surveying department and clients or other departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
