As part of our growth, we are currently looking for Associate Mechanical Engineers to help us produce the best climate systems. Your work will enable building owners to provide optimal human comfort and safety while reducing energy consumption.
As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you have the responsibility for designing and managing the complex engineering systems within varying product lines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams over multiple disciplines with an objective to discover problems that need to be resolved and then find innovative solutions to those problems.

Where is the work:
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days on site per week) based out of Clarksville, TN.
What you will do:
- Meet the needs of internal and external customers, through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.
- Apply technical expertise to solve design problems or to gauge appropriateness of product to various applications.
- Participate on project teams to meet performance, reliability, cost and schedule objectives.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D models, bills of materials, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct design FMEAs; develop and execute resulting risk mitigation plans.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years’ experience contributing to technical aspects of product design projects, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
- Deliver technical designs to meet project and product requirements.
Compensation:
Base salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000
