We are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing and leading paid social digital marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies. This role will be integral to our goals of driving newsletter subscribers and paid subscribers via content promotions across social platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, have a thorough understanding of social media and paid media, know how to best optimize budgets, and campaigns, and continuously learn from results. The Growth Marketing Manager must have experience running Facebook/Instagram campaign strategy and be willing to be hands-on on a day-to-day basis evaluating and enhancing campaigns while ensuring both short- and long-term goals are met.
Base Salary Range: $63,000 - $83,000/year
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize newsletter lead generation and content promotion paid social campaigns across social platforms--including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit--in collaboration with various teams and agency partners
- Lead daily and periodic campaign analysis, optimization, and strategy to make proper recommendations to meet goals
- Collaborate with others to effective measure lead generation and subscription growth to ensure ongoing proper campaign optimization
- Provide recommendations on account structure and strategy as it pertains to content marketing themes that align with performance KPIs across local markets
- Develop standard presentations to inform the acquisition team and cross-functional partners of trends and insights pertaining to our campaigns
- Collaborate with the local marketing team and other teams such as Product and EDM to ensure proper campaign deployment, tracking ,and reporting
- Contribute to paid social testing roadmaps and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
- 5+ years developing and driving the social strategy, preferably for a complex and digitally-focused organization with multiple DTC brands or products
- Strong understanding of Facebook’s business tools and experience with campaign execution across Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to interpret data to inform actionable insights that inform campaign strategy
- Demonstrated strength in analytical skills, including budget allocation and benchmarking
- Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects appropriately, understanding what involves the most urgency
- Efficient in MS Office Suite, most notably PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing and manipulating different data sets
- Experience with social media automation tools
- Understanding of social tracking applications (tags/pixels, APIs)
- Experience with social platforms outside of Facebook/Instagram such as TikTok and YouTube
- Experience with Google Analytics
Remote work is an option. The eastern time zone is preferred.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $92,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable
