The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Search and Programmatic will be responsible for managing paid search and programmatic marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies. This role will be integral to our goal of driving new subscriptions for our 200+ local markets. The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, and collaborative, and have a thorough understanding of customer acquisition and paid media. They should know how to best optimize campaigns and continuously learn from results. The Growth Marketing Manager must be willing to dive into performance and strategy on a day-to-day basis--evaluating and enhancing campaigns while ensuring both short- and long-term goals are met.
Base Salary Range: $63,000 to $83,000/annually
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and programmatic campaigns, tools, and platforms--working independently, with an agency, and with others internally
- Collaborate with the local marketing team on market-specific campaign approaches and analysis
- Contribute to marketing campaign briefs with relevant channel needs, including creative asset guidance, copy requests, and asks related to testing
- Meet with internal and external partners and stakeholders on an ongoing basis to review new opportunities, plans, and results
- Monitor campaign KPIs daily to make proper adjustments and recommendations
- Develop and run ad-hoc reports and analysis to answer key business questions as needed
- Support the delivery of reporting materials, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with other teams such as Product and EDM to ensure proper tracking and reporting
- Maintain awareness of the latest digital marketing trends and platforms to bring new ideas to the table
- Contribute to channel testing roadmaps and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
- 5+ years developing and driving paid search and programmatic strategy, preferably for a complex and digitally-focused organization with multiple DTC brands or products
- Ability to interpret data to inform actionable insights that inform campaign strategy
- Demonstrated strength in analytical skills, including budget allocations
- Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects appropriately, understanding what involves the most urgency
- Efficient in MS Office Suite, most notably PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing and manipulating different data sets
- Experience working with agencies
- Understanding of tracking applications (tags/pixels, APIs)
- Experience with Google Analytics
Remote work is an option. The Eastern time zone is preferred.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $92,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable
