We’re looking for great people who are passionate about redefining premium publishing through innovation, creative thinking and embracing fun. USA Today Network National Sales team is seeking a highly motivated dynamic digital junior seller to be an exceptional addition to our team.
What You’ll Do
- Drive digital advertising sales, while meeting and exceeding all sales goals
- Focus on identified client direct and named agencies driving performance media solutions
- Work as a partner to help clients reach their goals and initiatives
- Manage, renew and up-sell existing clients, ensure client’s KPIs are achieved
- Partner with Client Solutions & Account Management to prepare proposals and ensure that client's KPIs/needs are met
- Stay current on online advertising trends and innovations
- Participate and represent USATN at local industry events
Practical stuff we anticipate you having:
- Relevant and transferable industry experience, e.g., professional services, financial services, retail, healthcare, and media
- Digital sales experience up to 1 year
- Able to communicate at an executive level
- Have upsold or sold digital campaigns
- Salesforce usage is required
- Thorough understanding of where to locate client-based information/research
- Effective organization, time management and writing and presentation skills.
- The confidence and willingness to make cold calls and book meetings.
- A results-oriented team player
- Strong business acumen

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $59,400 and $140,300. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
