We’re hiring a Gutter Installer who takes pride in hands-on work, values team, and wants to build a long-term career installing and maintaining quality exterior systems that protect homes.Responsibilities- Ensure jobs have a quality installation, replacement, or repair of gutters, gutter guard, or other approved item.- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly- Communicate with homeowners and contractors on-site- Prepare jobs by confirming materials are loaded and ready- Document work orders and job changes accuratelyRequirements- General exterior construction and home service knowledge- Strong communication skills- Ability to work outdoors, on ladders, and at heights- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving recordWhat We Offer- Weekly pay + commission opportunities- Medical, dental & vision insurance- Paid time off (holidays, vacation)- Mentor training & career growth opportunities
