We’re hiring an experienced Gutter Installation Crew Leader to lead a crew, ensure quality work, and represent our company with professionalism and pride. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a gutter installation crew; Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly; Communicate with homeowners and contractors on-site; Prepare jobs by confirming materials are loaded and ready; Hold crew accountable to safety, attendance, and company standards; Document work orders and job changes accurately. Requirements: Experience in gutter installation or exterior construction; Leadership or crew lead experience preferred; Strong communication and time management skills; Ability to work outdoors, on ladders, and at heights; Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
