The CT Technologist is responsible for all patients and those exams that are performed in the CT department. The CT Technologist must exhibit expertise in patient care based on patient’s needs appropriate for the infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. The Technologist must utilize good public relations and decision-making skills to incorporate patient education and professionalism and adhere to the commitment of quality exhibited by Tennova Healthcare. Will be flexible to assist changes in schedule and rotate as needs arise in the department.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

• Associates Degree in Applied Science (Radiology) or two-year equivalent accredited educational program in Radiologic Technology.

Experience:

• Two years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist is preferred.

Licenses/Certificates:

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with the advanced registry in CT required within one year of hire
• BLS required
