Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Oversee the plan of care and delegate duties to other healthcare team members.
• Act as a role model and provide leadership, contributing to the smooth operation of the nursing unit.
• Apply and implement the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville.
• Promote good public relations while maintaining patient/customer confidentiality and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Tennessee or compact state RN license in good standing.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required within 90 days.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required.

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts, varying days, with an on-call requirement.
