Job Summary

The Director will support a 38 Bed Emergency Department and reports to the  Chief Nursing Officer. The Director is  responsible for ensuring the coordination of patient care services in the Emergency Department are organized and staffed appropriately and in a manner reflective of the Hospital’s philosophy, objective and mission. The Director leads, supports, and encourages the Emergency Department staff. The Director acts as a liaison between the Hospital Administration and the staff.

Education / License / Experience

• Bachelors degree from an accredited School of Nursing required
• Current licensed in the State of Tennessee or compact state, as an RN and in good standing.
• Two years previous manager or director level experience required
