Our growth has resulted in the need for a client accounting services team member in our Clarksville office. DUTIES: Perform data entry duties for a variety of transactions; prepare journal entries; perform month-end reviews and reconcile accounts against bank and credit card statements; prepare financial statements; maintain depreciation schedules; prepare federal and state payroll reports; prepare forms W2 and 1099; prepare sales tax reports and other various reports such as: business tax, corporate and LLC annual reports, tangible personal property schedules, and contractor license renewals; assist clients with QuickBooks and other bookkeeping issues; work effectively with clients and other team members to deliver quality accounting services in a timely and professional manner; assist with special projects and tax return preparation. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree preferred. Three to five years bookkeeping experience required; tax preparation experience a plus. Experience with Windows based systems, QuickBooks, and spreadsheet software required. QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification preferred. Contact us today!
