Our growth has resulted in the need for a marketing leader in our Clarksville office. This position will perform marketing duties for both the Clarksville and Brentwood offices, as well as, assistant administrative duties throughout the year.Marketing duties:QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required, or earned by May 2025.• Experience preparing creative layouts for advertising, emails, certificates, and newsletters. Experience managing multiple social media platforms, along with content creation.• Experience required with Window-based systems, Adobe, as well as, email marketing system.• Detailed knowledge and understanding of video conferencing program, webinars, generating reports, managing websites, email announcements, producing media releases, hosting tradeshow tables, and promo stock.• Knowledge in overall marketing tools, methods, and branding or outreach platforms.• Must have knowledge or experience in job recruiting, to include creating/posting/managing job descriptions and responses across educational/professional online recruiting sites.• Must have professional communication/conversation skills to request, invite and organize events with affiliate business partners, to represent the firm at community networking events, and in hosting company events.• Must have experience in administrative duties, to include experience with phone etiquette, while taking clear notes and operating a multi-extension phone system.• Must have professional communication skills, to convey clear notes, messages and follow-up instructions to staff, clients and business partners.• Must have multi-tasking and organization skills.• Highly self-motivated individual.• Must be able to work independently, and as a team.Contact us today!
