Our growth has resulted in the need for a client accounting services team member in our Clarksville office:DUTIES:• Perform data entry duties for a variety of transactions• Prepare journal entries• Perform month-end reviews and reconcile accounts against bank and credit card statements• Prepare financial statements• Maintain depreciation schedules• Prepare federal and state payroll reports• Prepare forms W2 and 1099• Prepare sales tax reports and other various reports such as: business tax, corporate and LLC annual reports, tangible personal property schedules, and contractor license renewals• Assist clients with QuickBooks and other bookkeeping issues• Work effectively with clients and other team members to deliver quality accounting services in a timely and professional manner• Assist with special projects and tax return preparationQUALIFICATIONS:• Degree preferred.• Three to five years bookkeeping experience required; tax preparation experience a plus.• Experience with Windows based systems, QuickBooks, and spreadsheet software required.• QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification preferred.Contact us today!
