ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working supervisor assisting and directing individuals in the workplace.
- Assist individuals in resolution of problems.
- Report to immediate supervisor as necessary.
- Drive vans as requested by supervisor
- Assist and provide input to ensure a safe work environment.
- Attend daily staffing by plant and /or workplaces individuals are working.
- Responsible for maintaining work performed records and time sheets.
- Follow the work and holiday schedule adopted by the plant and/or workplace.
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
- Attend in-service training and other related training pertinent to job performance.
- Perform other duties as required or requested by supervisor.
SUPERVIORITY RESONSIBILITES
Supervise clients and other responsibilities as instructed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/GED; experience in the field of training, production and disabilities is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Valid Driver’s License
