Job Purpose: The Marketing Coordinator for Premier Medical Group (PMG) will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns for the organization. Promotes the organization's services to potential patients and business partners. Identifies and targets new opportunities and sources of additional business and revenue. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects. Manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. Will conduct activities including advertising, promotion and events, newsletters, email marketing, social media, digital presence & projects, basic graphic design, written communications and public relationships.

Essential Functions :

1. Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
2. Evaluates the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones.
3. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
4. Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of campaigns and initiatives; manages project budget as applicable.
5.Collaborates in the development of new products and services for growth.
6. Develops, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities / events.
7. Manage social media posts and comments including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and reputation management services relevant to the organization. Create social media images, flyers, invitations, and other graphic design images using creative software tools based on current marketing campaign & brand strategies.
8. Performs updates to the PMG website including photo updates, profile management and other features of the website.
9. Create and manage the employee newsletter.
10. Collaborate with leadership and IT to recommend a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM), lead implementation and manage system.
11. Monitor marketing efforts of competitors through Google Alerts, social media, and other outlets.
12. Support local community (business, education, service organizations) marketing events, advertising sponsorships and promotional opportunities.
13. Provide timely communication and project updates to manager.
14. Demonstrate and maintain an attitude of enthusiasm, willingness to cooperate and the ability to work well with others under pressure.
15. Uphold all PMG Brand and Logo Guidelines/Practices.
16. Participate in professional growth and development activities.
17. Performs other duties as business conditions require and as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of general administrative tasks
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently

  • Regular and reliable attendance with ability to attend to activities and functions outside of regular work hours as needed.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS in Marketing or closely related field.

Experience: 3+ years of successful and documented experience in Marketing, preferably in healthcare.

  • Social Media management – 3 years required
  • Digital Marketing – 3 years required
  • High level of attention to detail and takes ownership in the quality implementation of projects
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create/update graphic design templates
  • Working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools. Skilled in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive applications.
  • Willing and able to travel as required.

  • Ability to operate a computer, mobile phone, tablet and other office equipment as needed
