Practice Overview:
-Premier Medical Group is an independent physician owned private practice.
-Outpatient only
-No on-call, no nights, no weekends

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p/8a-5p
Job Purpose: Responsible for reading and interpreting all areas of General Imaging and performing minimally invasive procedures such as Breast biopsies.
Modalities: CT, MRI, Mammography (tomosynthesis), X-ray, fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and Bone Density
Essential Functions: (Examples of Duties)
- Responsible for reading and interpreting all areas of General Imaging
- Ability to perform minimally invasive procedures such as Breast biopsies
- Ability to work with referring providers and technologists to give quality patient care

Qualifications
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
Experience:
- Residency Trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology, Board Eligible, or Board Certified
- MQSA certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Candidates with additional Fellowship training and retired military preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid and active Medical License in the State of TN
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in general radiology techniques, including X-ray, MRI, CT, Mammography, and Ultrasound. Good time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good patient management skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of computer systems and applications
Working Conditions:
Traditional physician office setting. Business office and clinical environment with medical office equipment, supplies, chemicals, and gases. Position may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and universal precautions.
Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
