Why work at MCC: Compensation: $21.00/hourDay shift - 6AM-6PM, 2-2-3 Rotating ShiftGenerous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities: Load and unload rolls of stock to be processed.Machine operation to production targets.Die set up and maintenance.Properly identify finished product for inventory accuracy.Perform quality check and enter data into systemWorking knowledge of ISO quality management systems requirements.Must follow applicable Food Safety policies and procedures.Identify quality issues and compare to approved standards.Troubleshooting machine problems and make necessary corrections. Qualifications Basic Computer SkillsGood verbal and written communication Requires physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull and use hands and fingers to feel and handle material for extended time framesMust have ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly.Includes the ability to stoop, squat, crawl and kneel as neededThis position requires frequent walking.
