Description: This employee will perform maintenance on heavy civil equipment primarily out in the field, resolving breakdowns and onsite issues, alongside other members of our Maintenance Department, and they will answer to our Chief Mechanic. Pay will be dependent primarily upon level of prior knowledge of all aspects of old and new equipment alike, as well as past experience working out on field jobsites.

Requirements: Must be drug free, 18 years or older, and possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work. Must have diagnostic skills with heavy civil equipment and experience with general maintenance of all major brands of heavy equipment. Must possess initiative, problem solving skills, and a willingness to be active and work outdoors. No CDLs or Hazmat Endorsement required for this position. We are looking for someone with strong communication and time management skills who can analyze and interpret various maintenance-related schematics and diagrams when needed.
