We are currently seeking a dynamic Field Planner to join our Material Team at our Home Appliance Factory in Clarksville, TN!

Pay: $19 per hour

Shift: Days

Area of Responsibility:

  • Oversee the material flow process.
  • Establish and maintain supplier release procedure and supplier banking requirements to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to meet production requirements.
  • Establish and monitor finished goods inventory levels to ensure on-time compliance to customer release requirements while minimizing carrying and premium freight costs.
  • Review department/plant measurables (customer delivery, supplier delivery, premium freight and inventory) and establish corrective measures for performance adherence.
  • Stabilize and enhance inventory management
  • Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory
  • Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)
  • Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets
  • Adheres to yearly budget and carries out the plan to meet that budget
  • Aligns Innovation team to forecast and reduces labor expense, forecasts, tracks and escalates as necessary
  • Responsible for establishing and promoting a safe working environment and establishes and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Some occasional international travel required
