This position pays $63,000.00 annually.

We are currently seeking an IT Analyst to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the IT Team!

In this position you will assist and support the IT Manager to achieve and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and delivery. You will also be responsible for focusing on the configuration of office equipment while also assisting employees with computer network and communication system issues.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Collaborate with the IT team for IT H/W maintenance and management for the factory
• Investigate and troubleshoot MES(Manufacturing Execution System), Scanner, Barcode Printer(Zebar), Vision System errors
• Create and analyze daily IT reports
• In-house program(S/W) development
• Quickly respond to requests and incidents from employees.
• Install, support, upgrade, replace, and remediate all IT hardware along manufacturing lines, especially industrial pc.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
• Manufacturing Execution System operation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual: Korean and English
• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of four years of IT education and work experience.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
• Strong verbal/written, communication, and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively
• Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be available for weekends, and on-call support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on Windows machines
• Experience troubleshooting basic client-side network (DHCP or static IP, DNS) problems.
• Network and Server hardware support experiences a plus.
• MS SQL and Oracle DBMS experiences a plus.
• Developing in C# or Java experiences a plus.
