What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping customers maintain the safety, reliability, and performance of their vehicles by:

• Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections
• Completing Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) to communicate vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Inspecting brakes, steering, suspension, and other key vehicle components
• Checking and replenishing vehicle fluid levels
• Completing maintenance services according to Kia and dealership standards
• Identifying repair opportunities and communicating findings to management
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Preferred

• Previous automotive experience
• Automotive technical education or training
• Maintenance or express technician experience

Required

• Valid Driver's License
• Customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Desire to learn and build a long-term automotive career
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
