What You'll Do

As a PM Shift Automotive Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle service and repair experiences for our customers by:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
• Repairing engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and other vehicle components
• Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
• Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
• Completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure efficient repair completion
• Maintaining productivity while delivering quality workmanship
• Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience
• Volkswagen or other manufacturer dealership experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
