What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and service department by:

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
• Recommending maintenance and repair services
• Communicating repair updates throughout the service process
• Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs
• Delivering an outstanding ownership experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required
• Automotive service advising or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
