JOB TITLE: General Affairs Associate

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Management

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: General Affairs Associate will support all team with various area as providing services to all work units in the company, both administratively and in terms of managing routine company services.

RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Work directly with plant management team manager on all aspects of management to achieve organizational effectiveness
  • Provide assistance such as organizing and maintaining meetings, appointments, business trips, and flights
  • Manage the supplies inventory and ordering which related employee welfare.
  • Maintain office machines and equipment(i.e. water purifier, coffeemaker, etc)
  • Provide backup for reception functions including greeting and intake of visitors, processing visitor I.D. badges, conference room preparation and replenishment
  • Handling administrative items including badges, uniforms, and safety shoes. It includes inventorying, ordering, organizing, cleaning and scheduling.
  • Handling all delivered mails and packages to plant
  • Handling plant & office building hygiene and supporting with janitorial service vendor
  • Provide support with administrative building requirements, such as maintenance requests, and assist in building audits.
  • Assist business traveler and support event planning
  • Communicate with vendors who related general affairs
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties (SAP & Internal report)
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Good communication: Including active speaking/listening, reading/writing skills which can make communicate with all workers
  • Details: Must have attention to details for all area and all workers
  • Active social interaction: Including active social interaction which can build good relationship with all workers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft office
  • Multilingual Korean and English preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This job operates in a plant site mainly
  • Physical works including janitorial, cleaning, item washing, uniform organizing will be required regularly
  • There will be times when this role must meet the needs of the employees by being in the production area. Appropriate safety precautions should be taken at that time
