JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Associate
DEPARTMENT: Sales
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, Exempt
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Associate to manage transportation inventory and warehouse inventory operations. This role will be responsible for monitoring inventory flow, ensuring inventory accuracy and support efficient supply chain operations through close collaboration with internal teams ad external logistics partners.
RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
- Manage in-transit inventory and warehouse inventory on a daily basis
- Monitor inventory movement, inbound/outbound activities and stock levels
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation and variance analysis
- Track logistics operations and respond to transportation or warehouse-related issues
- Prepare inventory and logistics reports to support operational decision-making
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support business demand
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in SCA and logistics process
- Responsible for quoting transportation and logistics rates
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Exceptional Communication: Including active speaking/listening, reading/writing skills which can make communicate with all workers
- Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify problems as well as the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Computer Skills: Advanced MS Office skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, Outlook, and SharePoint; the ability to learn other systems and programs used by the company
- Ethical Behavior: Must maintain the highest ethical standards in the conduct of company affairs; must conduct business with integrity and comply with all applicable laws in a manner that excludes considerations or personal advantage or gain
- Details: Must have attention to details for all area and all workers
- Active social interaction: Including active social interaction which can build good relationship with all workers
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field ) or Equivalent experience)
- Two (2) years of Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel or other data management tools
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
REQUIRED COMPENTENCIES:
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics companies
- Proficiency in English and Korean languages
- Knowledge of Inventory and Logistics flow
- Exceptional computer skills, including MS Excel and other MS applications
- Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP (e.g., SAP)
- Must be Detailed Oriented and Understanding of transportation and warehouse operations
- Requires a thorough understanding of industry practices, the organization’s needs and general business conditions
- Experience working with cross-functional or extend partners
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical demands may include but not limited to the following:
- This job operates in a professional office environment
- Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office machinery
- Must be able to position self to file documents including the top and bottom drawers of file cabinets
- Must be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to wear all required PPE while in production area

- Less than 5% business travel required
