Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains high‑quality talent. This role partners with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist represents the company’s values and culture in all interactions and ensures compliance with internal policies and federal and state employment regulations.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions
  • Source candidates using job boards, ATS, social media, referrals, networking, and events
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks and references

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Represent Florim USA at job fairs, community events, and university recruiting activities
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent outreach efforts
  • Talent Strategy & Reporting
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles
  • Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports for HR leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and tools

Compliance

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with EEO, ADA, and applicable employment laws
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of candidate information
  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting workforce planning or recruiting metrics/reporting
