Position Summary: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain logistics operations while upholding our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess the leadership and technical skills necessary to lead a team in a supervisory role and a commitment to sustainability.

  • Coordinate and optimize the transportation, distribution of raw materials, finished products, and other goods while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Assist with providing comprehensive training to new team members, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Facilitate skill development and cross-training initiatives to enhance team versatility.
  • Generate and present reports on key logistics metrics and KPIs to the company stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical business practices.
