Position Summary:
As a Marketing Associate, you will support marketing initiatives through data management, content creation, event coordination, and collaboration with our marketing team to ensure effective communication and brand consistency. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of professional experience or recent graduates.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Mailchimp

Analytical Skills:

• Attention to detail for data management, proofreading, and consistency

Communication Skills:

• Strong writing and proofing skills for emails, social media, and marketing materials
• Clear verbal communication for interactions with team members, clients, and vendors
• Customer service experience for gathering feedback and resolving issues

Organizational Skills:

• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects
• Experience with project coordination, including event planning
• General administrative skills, including calendar management and meeting scheduling

Creativity and Problem-Solving:

• Creative thinking for generating ideas and participating in brainstorming
• Problem-solving and initiative in researching solutions

Experience & Education:

• Previous experience, internships, or volunteer roles in marketing, communications, or PR
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and consistency across platforms

Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Comfort with working in teams and collaborating with various departments
• Adaptability to take on diverse tasks and adjust to changing priorities

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work 100% on-site at the corporate office/production plant in Clarksville, TN
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and satisfactory background check
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $38,000 - $42,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
