Position Summary:


We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Sales Manager - Outdoor Sales/Outdoor Landscaping to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our outdoor landscaping tile products. Your expertise in the landscaping and construction industries will be essential in promoting and selling our innovative solutions.


Essential Functions:


• Conduct Market Research and Analysis
• Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
• Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans
• Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service and Support
• Prepare and Deliver Compelling Presentations and Proposals
• Negotiate Terms, Conditions, and Pricing Agreements
• Track and Report on Sales Performance
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Teams
• Conduct Daily Sales Calls and Client Follow-ups

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in outdoor landscaping materials and industry trends.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with clients.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Experience in selling outdoor landscaping products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of outdoor landscaping materials and industry trends.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and work in various outdoor environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook email.
• Availability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.


Salary and Benefits:


• Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
• Additional commissions and car allowance
