ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST FULL-TIME

Florim USA is looking for an experienced ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST for a DAY SHIFT Position in the Clarksville, TN area. Remote work available.

REQUIREMENTS OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

• Associate degree or 3 years experience in Accounting
• SAP experience strongly preferred
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent listening and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

The Accounts Payable Specialist will focus on ensuring that the company's debts/bills will be paid within a given timeframe. This position will reconcile and verify invoices during the process of bill payment to include the following duties:

• Checks and verifies all vouchers for payment. Also prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
• Verify that freight bills have a bill of lading or proof of delivery.
• Answers all employee inquiries or send copies of invoices to employees.
• Answers all vendor inquiries.
• Prepares accounts payable checks, wires, and employee expense direct deposit.
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Prepares intercompany post ship bills.
• Assists with check credit memos and special projects, as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, attend all required safety training and wear required safety equipment per related safety SOP's.

SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

Beginning pay between $19.00 - $23.00 per hour commensurate with experience
