Florim USA is looking for Tile Cut Line Operator for DAY & NIGHT SHIFT Positions in the Clarksville, TN area. $19.70/hr (days) $20.70/hr (nights)

REQUIREMENTS OF TILE CUT LINE OPERATOR

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TILE CUT LINE OPERATOR

Tile Cut Line Operator cuts tile to specifications while performing the following duties:

• Set up the line for the correct cut and sizing.
• Ensure all tile is within allowed thresholds after cut.
• Monitors all operations and makes the necessary adjustments to stay within the allowed specifications.
• Ensuring cut product is square and diagonals are correct.
• Ability to change cutting blades, rectifying tools, belts, and other mechanical parts as needed.
• Must be able to complete a size change.
• Must be able to learn to operate loading and unloading operations.
• Constantly monitors cut and quality of tile.
• Adhere to the maintenance schedule as provided by maintenance and manufacturing departments
• Complete the quality, production and maintenance reports required daily.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR TILE CUT LINE OPERATOR

Beginning pay $19.70/hr

Night Shift Differential $2.00/hr

Shift Schedule 2-2-3
