We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a full-time Sales Support Representative within our Bolingbrook, IL Sales Center. The hours are 8am to 5pm Central, Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid position, allowing the flexibility to work from home when onsite presence is not required (typically 2-3 days/month)

Earn a comprehensive compensation package which includes a competitive base salary starting at $18.71/hr, eligibility to participate in our annual bonus program, and an excellent benefit package.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle approximately 25-40 inbound phone and electronically interactions per day.
  • Consult with customers to aid in the appropriate selection and purchase of merchandise that meet their needs.
  • Resolve issues and concerns regarding sales and customer service.
  • Maintain quality, productivity and sales metrics communicated by management.

Qualifications:

  • Live local to the Bolingbrook, Naperville, or Greater Chicago area and can commute to the Bolingbrook, IL office with ease.
  • Have at least 1-2 years of prior sales, retail, and/or customer service experience, preferably in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC (but not required).
  • Be a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with an ambition to succeed.
  • Demonstrate the aptitude to build rapport and trust with their customers.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, conveying professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment by multi-tasking, efficiently using all tools and resources, maintaining outstanding time management and interpersonal skills.
