We are seeking a Construction Proposal Manager who can bring strategic thinking, organizational mastery, and creative energy to lead our proposal process from start to finish. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate the entire proposal lifecycle—from kickoff to final submission—for multiple construction projects at once.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, Capture Managers, and VPs to craft winning strategies and content.
• Create compliance matrices, develop proposal outlines, and ensure every submission meets RFP requirements with precision.
• Maintain FSI’s “one voice” approach, ensuring proposals are professional, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Highlight FSI’s unique strengths and capabilities to meet and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Proposal Writer or Manager in the AEC/construction industry.
• Proven expertise with design-build and construction management delivery methods.
• Strong knowledge of construction terminology and public works requirements.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and InDesign.
• Ability to lead under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with ease.
