Job Title: Relationship BankerReports to: Branch Manager/Teller CoordinatorLocation: Clarksville, TN - FloatingFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSummary: As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining existing client relationships while providing exceptional customer experience. Relationship Bankers will provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients by assessing their financial needs and offering solutions through bank products and services to help clients accomplish their current and future financial goals. Relationship Bankers will be experts in marketing financial solutions to our existing customer base and prospects through daily interactions, outbound calling efforts, business visits, networking events and periodic ‘At Work’ events. Relationship Bankers are expected to achieve and/or exceed their established individual and branch goals. They may also assist clients with account service and maintenance requests, teller transactions, problem resolution, and other transactional needs. It is expected that Relationship Bankers will be professional and positive bank ambassadors while meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations. All Relationship Banker Positions will receive the same training on all requisite products, services, needs based conversations, and other tools necessary to perform the role. Will travel between assigned branches to provide coverage when needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Share and recommend the bank’s full scope of resources, including in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources- Meet individual goals through required in-person and outbound calling activities- Open and close accounts; assist with account selection; research accounts; comply with BSA and CIP requirements- Refer customers to partner-centric teams (small business, corporate and institutional partners, mortgage and financial advisors)- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and optimal customer experience- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; complete required compliance training- Process teller transactions accurately and professionally- Process customer requests while identifying needs and recommending solutions- Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:- Skills: Ability to effectively motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations; embrace a team-centric approach in a fast-paced environment- Education and/or Experience: HS Diploma/GED; One to Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience- Computer Skills: MS Office programs- Other Qualifications: Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion and acquisition support; ability to provide support and guidance at other branches within the marketDisclaimer: The above statements describe the general nature and level of work and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills.EEO/AA/M/F/Vets/Disability
