About the Role:

The Ticket Operations Coordinator supports all aspects of ticketing at F&M Bank Arena and Ford Ice Center Clarksville, including event builds, order processing, mobile ticketing, and box office staffing and operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of season, group, and individual ticketing, including account and manifest management, ticket invoicing, ticket printing and ticket distribution.
  • Work with ticketing all F&M Bank Arena & Ford Ice Center Clarksville events. Tasks include, but not limited to creating scalings, working with promoters, creating events, working events, settling events, processing orders, etc.
  • Coordinate with Austin Peay State University sales staff to provide service for athletic events.
  • Process and provide support in managing digital orders for Season Ticket and Group orders on a daily basis.
  • Assist with processing Premium ticket orders as needed, including but not limited to White Claw Lounge orders for all events.
  • Create plans and events in Archtics, including but not limited to seating manifests, building price codes and ticket types, creating holds, and establishing hierarchy.
  • Work closely with various arena departments throughout the event build process and through day of show.
  • Build sales and content pages, using CMS Tools for various offers including Smashville Sales, White Claw Lounge, etc.
  • Help build other arena events including upsells, or other special offers.
  • Provide support in running credit card transactions for monthly payment plans.
  • Oversee and execute the coordination of all Renewal and Playoff invoicing through Account manager.
  • Build ticket discounts and promotions in Archtics and in EMT for single game promotions such as Military discounts and other discounts as needed.
  • Implement dynamic pricing through TM1 and Archtics.
  • Process refund requests and any other cancellations.
  • Use Painter to set up invoices, create ticket templates, and design vouchers.
  • Work with graphics on artwork for mobile ticketing and Account Manager as needed.
  • Work closely with the finance department on reports needed from Box Office.
  • Investigate and resolve ticket-related issues.
  • Generate other reports as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, placement of and recruiting part-time staff. Supervise box office on event nights and provide leadership for box office personnel.
  • Function as contact with Ticketmaster and other third-party services on all assigned events.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members. Flexibility, attention to detail, and an ability to work extended days, hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays are requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ticket software experience (Ticketmaster and Archtics) preferred.
  • At least one (1) year related experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Experience with box office finance responsibilities, supervision, ticket window sales, and ticket order processing preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, as well as oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and write and to follow written and oral instructions and complete standardized checklist forms.
  • Required to be on call to respond to emergency call-ins outside of normal shift hours to address critical issues or ice/snow removal.
  • The selected candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • As a condition of employment, qualified applicants will be subject to a background check, including a criminal history check, driving history and character references.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, possess a suitable driving history and be insurable by Nashville Predators’ insurance carrier (without conditions).

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Required occasional extensive work hours, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stand in an upright position for continuous periods of time.
  • Must have high finger dexterity.
  • Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
  • Walking, bending, carrying of light items such as papers and office supplies, computer work, and answering phones will be required.

  • Ticketmaster ticketing system, TM1, Archtics, ManPainter, Excel, Word
