Job Title: QC & Sample Analyst

At Dongwha Electrolyte USA Inc., we prioritize quality, safety, and compliance across all aspects of our operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented QC & Sample Analyst to help ensure our products meet the highest standards for our customers and regulatory requirements.

Position Overview:

The QC & Sample Analyst conducts quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications, customer requirements, and industry regulations. This role supports the manufacturing operations by providing accurate, timely laboratory data and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient environment with a focus on enhanced product quality. This is not intended to be all-inclusive; the employee may perform other duties as assigned and may be required to work additional hours or weekends based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality routine and non-routine QC tests using instruments such as GC, ICP-MS, IC, and titration methods.
• Analyze test results and prepare accurate documentation following IATF16949 Standards
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments
• Accurately interpret and effectively communicate analytical results and issues
• Organize daily tasks in an efficient manner
• Prepare small-scale samples and conduct quality testing according to customer needs
• Support investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Collaborate with production to improve processes and product quality.
• Maintain lab inventory and ensure a clean, organized workspace (5S).
• Assist in method development, validation, and support audits as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lab software.
• 1–3 years of experience in a QC laboratory, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies, ISO, GMP, GLP, and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during lab work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear PPE as required.
• Ability to climb stairs
