Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Representative to manage existing customer accounts and support the full order-to-cash process—from forecasting and order entry to delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer service and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for assigned customer accounts. You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring accurate forecasting, smooth order execution, on-time delivery, and timely payment—while strengthening long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day customer accounts and contract execution
  • Validate forecasts and align with production and supply planning
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate SAP records
  • Track production, shipments, and delivery performance
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure proper documentation
  • Issue invoices, manage customer portals, and follow up on payments
  • Resolve order, delivery, and billing issues
  • Monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, AR aging) and drive improvements

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years in account management, customer service, or supply chain
  • SAP experience and strong Excel skills
  • Familiarity with e-invoicing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is a plus
  • Strong business communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Korean language skills are a plus
