Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Clarksville, TN

Shift: 08:00 – 16:30 (1 shift)

Dongwha Electrolyte USA Inc. is committed to operational excellence, safety, and reliability in all aspects of our production. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our equipment, utilities, and facilities to support safe and efficient operations.

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment and facilities. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, supports new equipment installation, and collaborates with production teams to minimize downtime and improve OEE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and utilities (boilers, chillers, HVAC, pumps, pipelines).
• Provide mechanical and electrical support, including PLC, HMI, and industrial electrical systems.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain machines, motors, and other electrical components.
• Manage ISO tanks, weighing facilities (flowmeters, load cells), and general facility repairs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and spare parts usage.
• Maintain EHS compliance and keep all work areas clean and organized (5S).
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable production.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, and industrial electrical systems is a plus.
• Learning mindset and ethical work approach.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement throughout production, office, and facility areas; occasional stair use.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Operate office equipment as needed.
