Seeking RLS/Professional Land Surveyor with a current license in the State of Tennessee. Responsibilities/Requirements: Manage and prepare boundary, topographic and ALTA/NSPS surveys; coordinate and manage CADD technicians to complete drawings; work with Home Builders Department and homebuilding companies to resolve issues with Plot Plans, Foundation Inspections, Elevation Certificates, Erosion Plans, and related documents; thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and Carlson Survey required; experience with Survey Pro Data Collection Software desirable; excellent attention to detail; field experience of four years required.
