We are seeking a Surveying Assistant/Rodman for our Murfreesboro office.Successful candidate will be:- Providing assistance to our field Crew Chief- Collecting field data- Properly placing the field date in the field for the client- Reporting to the Project Manager and/or Supervisor each morning and afternoon for job status and assignments- Performing various types of surveys utilizing robotic total stations and GPS methods- Making sure time sheets are filled out daily with correct job number and detail of the work done- Reporting any defective equipment that need repair- Reporting any accidents, repairs or damage to company vehicle to the Crew Chief, Project Manager and/or Supervisor- Ensuring that all necessary field equipment, field supplies, and safety equipment to perform the day’s tasks are in the truck and operating properly- Driving our company vehicles to job sites- Other duties as assignedBenefits- Vacation- Health Insurance- Holiday Pay- Salary based on experience and credentialsJob Type: Full-timePlease forward your resume to info@byrdsurveying.com.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
