We are seeking a Surveying Assistant/Rodman for our Murfreesboro office. Successful candidate will be: providing assistance to our field Crew Chief; collecting field data; properly placing the field data in the field for the client; reporting to the Project Manager and/or Supervisor each morning and afternoon for job status and assignments; performing various types of surveys utilizing robotic total stations and GPS methods; ensuring time sheets are filled out daily with correct job number and work details; reporting defective equipment; reporting accidents, repairs or damage to company vehicle to the Crew Chief, Project Manager and/or Supervisor; ensuring that necessary field equipment, supplies, and safety equipment to perform the day’s tasks are in the truck and operating properly; driving company vehicles to job sites; other duties as assigned.
