Part-time Instructor (Pool) - Teaching & Learning

The Department of Teaching and Learning at Austin Peay State University is seeking qualified part-time Instructors to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of instructional planning, assessment, and classroom management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of instructional planning, assessment, and classroom management.
– Must be willing to teach at times and locations that best suits the needs of students and the Department.
Physical Requirements
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited university in the field of Education.
– Three years of prior teaching experience in P – 12 public or private schools.
– Hold a current state teaching license.
– Must have the ability to learn or have prior experience with on-line teaching. – A background search will be required of the successful applicant.
